NEW JOB!

Well, here we are. I was all geared up to substitute teach and I spent a lot of time getting all of that in order, and now I'm doing something completely different... anyone surprised? I got hired on at Marpac Construction LLC. I am actually going to be re-doing their website... ooo, I know huh!! All by myself! ;) So be sure to check out their website right now and then I'll tell you when I'm finished so you can see the amazing transformation (haha). I am working in the office here in Seattle until the job I'm working on starts. I'll be in the office at the job site pretty much being the good ol' attendance lady that I am... except with adults. I have to check in all of the construction workers and make sure I know where they are and that they come back after lunch, etc. So I am a tracker! :) I'll do some office work when I'm not hunting people down. Sounds like fun, right? It was a great opportunity for me to get consistent work in and good pay while also being given flexibility as they know I can only work until March, but they hired me anyway! I'm excited to see how this goes and am very thankful to be an employed, contributing member of society after my 3 month sabbatical from reality.

Attack of the spiders

Okay, it didn't attack me, but this thing was so huge and gross! Seriously... SICK! I just had to share. I swear, I have been killing a few spiders a day, it is so icky.

Whistler

Nicole, Troy, and I went to Whistler this past weekend. Got in late on Saturday night and left on Monday afternoon. It was so beautiful there! Check out the pictures.
